Josh successfully defended me with bogus administrative charges levied against me by my department.
I couldn't be happier with the services he provided. I strongly urge any police officer in NJ to contact Josh if your department goes after you the way they did me. He knows exactly what administrators are trying to do and was always one step ahead. He is very knowledgeable and was easy to contact any time I had a question or concern.

Josh was great with communication, always responded to questions or concerns I had, over-explained answers with extreme details because of how worried I was of what could come of the charges, and attempted to keep discussions about the case as light and positive as he could in order to make me feel better about the situation.
My case began at the start of Covid so it took almost 3 years to resolve, Josh kept the same price as I was charged at the start, always explained what would happen during each court date, and did a great job getting my dwi dismissed! Josh did an excelled job overall, I would highly reccommended, but hope I never have to work with him again!

Last July I was involved in a DUI case and couple other charges against me. From the moment I met him I new that he would do everything he could to help me.
It was 10 month long process but I ended up getting my license suspended for 2 months and court fees. He worked so hard to help me and was NOT judgmental. He was always on my side. He is just 1 of a handful that changed my life and there is not enough words for me to describe how grateful that I had an attorney like him. ...but Josh makes the time spent worth it. Unequivocal recommendation for Josh and his staff and the service they provide. Extremely competent attorney with a unique understanding of the law and its nuances. His firm is built around a research oriented group of professionals that were able to apply pending state supreme court outcomes to my case even though it was not yet settled law. This allowed my outcome to be more favorable than initially expected. I was arrested for a DUI and 5 other tickets. Josh Reinitz came highly recommended to me. I met with a much higher priced attorney, but Josh had a very unassuming manner and clearly knew the law. My first conversation with him was thorough and I agreed right away.
My case took almost 2 years and we went to court about 15 times. The original judge retired and we had a second judge. Josh never gave up. My level was 0.11 and after a lot of back and forth, we ended up at trial. Josh petitioned to have the arrest excused and then the reading itself. He explained everything thoroughly and consistently along the way. He brought in an expert witness that was also top notch. At the trial, Josh was organized, knew the law and had a plan. He explained the proceedings well. I almost clapped after his closing argument. After all was done, we won and I was found not guilty. It’s an incredibly stressful time, and having someone like Josh on your side made it bearable. I would highly recommend him without any reservation at all. He’s the best and I can’t thank him enough.

Being someone that gets into a LOT of traffic related violations and having used many attorneys, it was quite easy to rank Josh as the best.
He did not sugar coat anything and explained exactly what my situation was and gave me options. At the end of it all he resolved my case with the most favorable possible outcome. I was more than pleased and impressed. Thank you Josh.

While I was facing 3rd offense DUI charges, Mr. Reinitz kept me well informed throughout the very long legal process. He did not promise anything he could not deliver and left no stone unturned. After exhausting several options he was able to convince the prosecution to go way below the minimum mandatory requirements of my conviction.
I was living out of state during most of the process and Mr. Reinitz was able to represent me without having to appear in court myself. I feel my rights were well defended by Mr. Reinitz. I made the right decision in choosing him for my defense and would recommend to anyone else facing criminal charges.
